CMS Open Enrollment Office Hours

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) holds regular Agent and Broker Office Hours to provide assistance and answer your questions during Open Enrollment. Join us for our next session on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. EST.  

CMS will highlight useful resources, provide key operational updates, provide agents and brokers with an opportunity to ask questions, and ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.

If you’ve registered for any event in the 2023 Agent and Broker Office Hours series, you’re automatically registered for this session and no action is required. You’ll receive a reminder the day before the session. If you haven’t attended an Office Hours session before, follow the steps below to register for FREE Marketplace agent and broker webinars and Office Hours.

1. Log in to REGTAP. If you are new to REGTAP, select “Register as a New User.” You will receive an email to confirm your account.
2. Select “Training Events” from “My Dashboard.”
3. Click the “View” icon next to the webinar event or series you wish to attend.
4. Click the “Register Me”

Registration closes 24 hours prior to the event.
